Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Property Maintenance / Inspector to join our team in Central Oregon. This role is perfect for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in keeping vacation properties in excellent condition.

You'll be our eyes and ears in the field, conducting thorough property inspections, identifying maintenance needs, completing minor repairs, and making sure every home is clean, functional, safe, fully stocked, and guest-ready. The details matter. We want someone who notices the things others might miss and takes the initiative to address them before they become a guest or homeowner concern.

We're looking for someone comfortable with general property maintenance and troubleshooting, including basic plumbing, electrical, appliances, TVs and Wi-Fi, locks and doors, BBQs and propane, furniture repairs, and other common household maintenance issues. When something can be handled on the spot, we want someone who is willing to jump in and take care of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-arrival / post-departure property inspections

• Document and report damages, maintenance needs, and housekeeping quality

• Ensure property setup meets Arrived guest readiness standards

• Coordinate with owner services, housekeeping and maintenance for urgent issues

• Use property care and to complete and submit reports / work orders

• Maintenance as required

• Occasionally assist with guest-related in-market issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, or property inspections preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable using mobile inspection apps and tools

• Ability to work independently and in varying field conditions

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate $30

• 1099 Contract
