POSITION SUMMARY:
Juniper Holiday + Home specializes in curating exceptional vacation experiences in Southwest Michigan, setting the standard for luxury accommodations and unforgettable hospitality.
As a Housekeeper with Juniper Holiday + Home, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests enjoy pristine surroundings and unparalleled service throughout their stay.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform meticulous departure cleans in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to maintain superior cleanliness and presentation standards in all homes.
- Report maintenance needs promptly and take ownership of specialized tasks to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Assist in basic maintenance repairs and upkeep to uphold the integrity of our properties.
- Collaborate with the Field Service team to conduct thorough check-in and check-out inspections.
- Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and ensure five-star reviews.
- Utilize technology proficiently, including mobile apps, to streamline communication and task management.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or related field.
- Strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service.
- Ability to develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
- Aptitude for implementing cost-effective inventory management strategies.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
- Reliable, all-weather vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
- Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $15.00 - 20.00
