Position Summary

Crashpads is hiring Housekeepers to clean and prepare vacation rental properties throughout Orlando, Florida.

Unlike traditional hotel housekeeping, you'll work across multiple vacation rental homes, ensuring each property is spotless, fully stocked, and ready for arriving guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean & Prepare Properties: Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces between guest stays, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal.

• Manage Linens & Supplies: Change bedding, make beds, replace towels, complete laundry as needed, and restock guest essentials and amenities.

• Inspect & Report Issues: Check properties for damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, pest activity, and overall guest readiness. Promptly report concerns to management.

• Complete Turnover Checklists: Follow company cleaning standards, document completed work, and upload photos using a smartphone.

• Maintain Guest-Ready Standards: Ensure appliances, furniture, and household items are clean, functional, and properly presented before guest arrival.

• Manage Daily Assignments: Travel between assigned Orlando-area properties and complete turnovers efficiently, meeting guest check-in deadlines, typically 4:00 PM.

• Support Team Operations: Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, communicate with management, and assist with deep cleaning or special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards.

• Reliable transportation to travel between properties throughout Orlando and surrounding areas.

• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

• Availability to work weekends, rotating schedules, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 lbs.

• Comfortable using a smartphone for assignments, checklists, photos, and communication.

• Ability to safely use cleaning products and equipment.

• Strong time management, communication skills, and a positive, professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional housekeeping, residential cleaning, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience.

• Familiarity with short-term rental turnovers, property inspections, and linen management.

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $17–$19 per hour

Performance & Retention Bonuses

At Crashpads, we recognize and reward great work! Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn:

• Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $100 based on cleaning quality, reliability, and timely completion of assignments.

• Quarterly Retention Bonus: $150 for eligible employees in good standing.

That's up to $1,800 in additional annual earnings!

• 25–40 hours per week

• Day shifts, typically 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

• Shifts typically 5–8 hours

• Rotating schedule, Monday–Sunday

• Weekend availability required
