Position Summary
Future Home Integration is seeking an organized and personable Service Coordinator to be the central point of contact between our clients, technicians, and office. This in-office role keeps our service operation running smoothly — coordinating and scheduling service calls, managing client communication, handling billing and invoicing, and keeping projects and paperwork on track.
You'll work closely with our Service & Support Manager and technicians to make sure every client is informed, every appointment is on the calendar, and every detail is handled with care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and ownership to grow with an innovative and expanding company.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests by phone, email, and text — responding promptly and professionally.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate service calls between clients and technicians, providing clear arrival windows and status updates.
Create, track, and close out service tickets, tasks, and jobs, documenting every conversation and resolution thoroughly.
Manage billing and invoicing, including recurring monthly invoices, payment processing, and friendly, professional follow-up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile payments and deposits in coordination with our accounting team.
Support project coordination — proposals, kickoffs, welcome letters, service agreements, permits, and certificates of insurance.
Handle light office administration, including mail, deliveries, office supplies, new-hire credentialing, and vehicle registrations.
Engage with our audience on social media — responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in FHI's voice.
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and leadership to keep the schedule and workflow moving.
Represent Future Home Integration with professionalism and a genuine commitment to client care.
Required Qualifications

Comfortable working with CRM, ticketing, scheduling, and invoicing software.
Proficiency with standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, and documents).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable and self-motivated, able to take full ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Authorized to work in the United States.
