Future Home Integration
Posted September 25, 2026
Job Description
Company Overview
Future Home Integration (FHI Florida) is a growing residential electrical and low voltage integration company serving Central Florida's homeowners, builders, architects, and designers. We design and install smart home technology, audio/video systems, lighting control, networking, surveillance, and integrated solutions that make today's homes function seamlessly.
Our mission is to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance comfort, convenience, and our clients' lifestyles. We're building a team of talented professionals who take pride in exceptional craftsmanship, continuous learning, and a great client experience.
No Integration Experience? That's Okay.
You don't need to know how a smart home is wired or how a system is designed. Our in-house design and engineering team creates every system design and proposal. Your focus is people: finding new opportunities, building trust, and making sure every client feels taken care of from the first conversation through move-in and beyond. We'll teach you our products and services so you can talk about them with confidence.
If you love meeting people, building lasting relationships, and representing a company that delivers on its promises, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Summary
FHI is seeking a driven and personable Business Development & Client Relationship Manager to grow our business with Central Florida homeowners and building professionals. You'll be the face of FHI. You'll open doors to new business, build strong partnerships with builders, architects, designers, and homeowners, and guide clients through each stage of their project. After the job is done, you'll stay connected so those relationships keep growing.
This role suits someone who is comfortable in luxury residences, enjoys working with discerning clients, and naturally keeps in touch with people. A real interest in technology is a plus. The technical expertise comes from our team, not from you.

Develop new business
Prospect and develop new opportunities with homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers.
Represent FHI at builder meetings, showroom appointments, trade events, and community functions.
Follow up on leads and keep an active, organized pipeline.
Build and grow relationships
Build trusted, long-term partnerships with building professionals to earn referral and repeat business.
Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle, goals, and vision, then connect them with our design team.
Present FHI's proposals alongside our design team and help clients feel confident in their decisions.
Coordinate through the project cycle
Serve as the client's main point of contact from the first meeting through project completion.
Keep clients, builders, and our internal teams aligned on schedules, questions, and next steps.
Make sure every sold project has a smooth handoff to our production team.
Keep relationships strong over time
Follow up with past clients and partners to check in, earn referrals, and spot new opportunities.
Keep accurate client, pipeline, and activity records in our CRM.
Meet or exceed business development and relationship goals.
What You Won't Do
Design systems or put together technical scopes.
Write proposals or pricing.
Install or program equipment.
Our design, engineering, and production teams handle all of this. You'll have full support behind you.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or another relationship-driven role. Industry experience can vary.
A track record of meeting goals and building lasting client relationships.
Confidence working in luxury residences and with discerning clients.
Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.
Strong organization and follow-up habits, with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
Comfort learning and using a CRM.
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in new home sales, real estate, interior design, luxury retail, high-end products, or hospitality.
Existing relationships with Central Florida builders, architects, or interior designers.
