Lead Creative (Social Media)
Clubhouse Stays
Posted November 4, 2026
Job Description
Company Overview
Clubhouse Stays is a hospitality brand within TBROS Group. We turn exceptional private homes into private country clubs: the features of a club, with the privacy of a house. Launched in 2026, our collection has seven clubs across Clearwater and Bradenton, FL, Asheville, NC, and San Antonio and Austin, TX.
Every club is built on four pillars: thoughtful, quietly luxurious design; grounds made for play, with courts, pools and fire pits; real hospitality from our Club Concierge before and during every stay; and a community of families and friends who come back year after year. Guests book directly with us, so our social channels are where most people first meet the club. We’re building the kind of trips people talk about for years, and we need content that makes people want to be there.
Position Summary

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the founder to brainstorm and refine ideas into content that drives performance
On-Screen/Script Contribution: Support video creation through hooks, captions, on-screen copy, and edits
Trend Mapping: Stay ahead of meme culture, audio trends, formats, and emerging pop culture moments, especially within the U.S. market

Strong understanding of social metrics: retention, watch time, click-throughs, and engagement
Portfolio or social accounts showing content you've created or helped ideate
Strong grasp of American culture and Gen Z/Millennial humor
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content for travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
Track record of viral or high-performing content
Experience in iterative, fast-paced testing environments

Benefits: Paid time off such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days
Schedule: Flexible hours, async-friendly
Job Type: Full-time
