Job Description

About Us

Styer Hospitality Co. is the property management division of Styer Real Estate Professionals, a full-service real estate brokerage based in Central Ohio. We specialize in managing short- and mid-term furnished rentals for homeowners, investors, and developers.

We deliver exceptional guest experiences while producing strong results for our clients, and we hold ourselves to a high standard in everything we do. We’re growing our team and looking for people who fit our culture: hard workers who take ownership, stay focused, and bring a positive, no-excuses attitude to their work.

Position Overview

The Hospitality Inspector is responsible for ensuring every property managed by Styer Hospitality Co. meets company standards before each guest arrival. Serving as the final quality check, this role ensures every home is clean, fully stocked, safe, and presented at a high level.

Inspectors visit properties before and/or after cleanings to complete detailed inspections, identify issues, and take corrective action as needed. While checklists provide structure, this role also requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and a hospitality-focused mindset to catch anything that could impact the guest experience.

The Hospitality Inspector communicates regularly with the Guest Services Agent and Operations Manager to provide updates, coordinate tasks, and respond to property, operational, and guest needs.
