Position Summary

The Director of Business Development will lead the growth and renewal of The Clear Creek Group’s managed home portfolio in Jackson Hole. Reporting to the Vice President of Revenue, this person will identify prospective homeowners, build trusted relationships, and secure management agreements for homes that align with TCCG’s standards and business goals.

Day to day, you’ll develop referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other local professionals; conduct targeted outreach; meet with homeowners; tour properties; and present credible rental revenue projections and the value of TCCG’s services. You’ll manage an active sales pipeline, maintain consistent follow-up, and negotiate agreements in partnership with leadership.

Your involvement continues beyond signing. Working closely with Operations, Reservations, Concierge, and Homeowner Relations, you’ll help guide each new home from signed agreement through its first guest stay, ensuring homeowners feel informed and confident throughout the transition.

This is a full-time position based locally in Jackson, Wyoming, and a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. You’ll take ownership of portfolio growth, combining disciplined prospecting with discretion, sound judgment, and a relationship-driven, consultative approach.

Compensation includes a base salary and substantial performance-based earning potential tied to successful portfolio growth. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment and wants their results to meaningfully influence their earnings.
