We’re looking for a #talented Social Media Manager to join our team in the Philippines.

As our Social Media Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive our brand's presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

  • Collaborating in weekly meetings and creating monthly content calendars using tools like Airtable and Google Sheets for approval.
  • Developing engaging posts with videos and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
  • Strategically scheduling content at optimal times for maximum engagement
  • Monitoring and promptly responding to comments and inquiries, utilizing auto-responses to convert comments into direct messages
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the development of social media strategies, providing guidance on current best practices and creating quarterly/annual reports to track progress.
  • Build and maintain content calendars and deliver a monthly post schedule for advance approval.
  • Research social media tools for optimizing engagement and audience growth, sharing recommendations with an implementation plan.
  • Keep a performance metrics database, comparing paid ad campaigns to industry benchmarks, and send weekly summary reports with insights and suggestions.
  • Create, schedule, manage, and monitor content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok), involving copywriting, graphic design, and video editing, utilizing appropriate and efficient tools.
  • Boost engagement by interacting with your audience, managing comments and inquiries, and creating auto-responses to direct messages.
  • Develop SEO processes for each social media platform to target ideal audiences and identify optimal posting times for high audience engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Relevant work samples
  • Native (or equivalent fluency) English speaker/writer
  • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT, etc, is a plus.
  • Internet speed capable of reliable video calls
  • Willing to make this role your sole employment position
  • Availability to meet 2-3 times per week during U.S. business hours

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $6 - $8 per hour

Bonus Details: Metric-based performance bonuses are made available after 90 days.

Availability:  This is a secure and permanent role that entails a few video calls during US business hours. Apart from that, your working hours will be flexible.

Availability: Hiring for multiple shifts with availability at least 1 weekend day. Times will vary from 7a-10/11p MDT depending on the shift.
