POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a local Vacation Rental Property Manager for the Makaha and Waikiki, HI areas. The right person will have strong people skills and vast knowledge of the island to help us deliver stellar experiences to our guests from around the globe.
This role will require you to care deeply about the success of our homeowners, and you must work diligently to ensure each guest feels welcomed, and our properties exceed their expectations.
Specifically, you must oversee the business's daily operations, including administrative, maintenance, cleaning, and restocking properties as needed, as well as motivating and delegating tasks to our team.
Note: This is a 1099 contract position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform, arrange or oversee maintenance calls.
- Inspection of properties for damages or stolen items after each check-out.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are met for all properties according to Marbella Lane standards.
- Organize, restock, and manage necessities and supply closets; this includes linen drop-offs and pickups.
- Reliable communication with our online team for coordination of tasks, process improvements, or fulfillment of guests’ needs via our mobile app.
- Use of the Breezeway app for scheduling and tracking updates of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with the team as well as third-party vendors.
- Build a professional rapport with our homeowners and guests.
- Manage any issues that may arise with guests professionally and efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the hospitality or short-term rental industry is strongly preferred.
- Previous management experience is required.
- Having an active Real Estate license is desired.
- Possess working knowledge of general home maintenance.
- Must have a driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must own a smartphone to download company apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience and achievement
