POSITION SUMMARY:
Make your Saturdays count. We invite you to take on the position of Vacation Rental Property Inspector. In this role, you’ll be responsible for visiting our charming vacation properties around Port St. Joe and St. George Island to ensure they meet our high standards after a thorough clean and are ready to welcome the next guests.
This position will provide you with the opportunity to use your keen eye for detail, backed by a complete checklist we provide to make sure nothing is missed. We need someone who is reliable, understands the importance of excellent communication, and isn’t afraid to connect directly with our dedicated housekeepers and management team when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect vacation rental properties after cleaning the house to ensure each home is guest ready.
- Complete an inspection checklist for each property.
- Communicate any issues with the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- This position is on Saturdays from 9-5 only. Availability at this time is required.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $22.00 / hr
