POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Operations Manager, your big-picture thinking will be a key asset in overseeing various areas of our operations, from housekeeping and laundry to quality inspections and guest experiences. You’ll be our go-to person for maintaining seamless processes resulting in excellent guest services, including reservations, pre-arrival arrangements, and post-check-out follow-ups.
Your ability to lead a team and get each person on board will be vital in coordinating with staff, contractors, and vendors while maintaining positive homeowner relations. This will require you to be a self-starter who knows how to get things done.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all operational aspects, including housekeeping, guest experience, and property maintenance, ensuring high service and asset protection standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure seamless and efficient operations while focusing on guest satisfaction and company profitability.
- Foster professional and positive relationships with staff, contractors, vendors, guests, and homeowners, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate team members, promoting a positive work environment with high morale.
- Leverage SkyRun systems to maintain accurate operational data, track costs, and manage inventory, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Identify and address operational inefficiencies and implement changes to improve processes and standards.
- Manage any escalated guest complaints, showing strong problem-solving abilities and a solid dedication to customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous documented experience in the hospitality industry is required.
- Supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and vendor oversight in the vacation rental industry are desired.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on positive interactions and experiences, using your excellent leadership as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer programs, email, and SkyRun online systems across all hardware platforms- laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Able to troubleshoot home maintenance issues and make minor maintenance repairs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a strong ability to multitask, lead, and motivate a team.
- Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule shared with other staff.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
Bonus: Performance-based bonus of up to $5,000 per year.

Schedule: Required to carry an on-call phone on a rotational basis with other staff. This coverage may include evenings and may require on-location guest services and emergency support.
