POSITION SUMMARY:

To ensure our properties located in the heart of Nashville are always in mint condition for each stay, we are seeking an experienced and hardworking Maintenance Technician.

Your responsibilities will include conducting repairs and general maintenance, developing preventative maintenance procedures, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Your knowledge of home repair and excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial for interacting with our guests in the event that you need to make a house call during their stay. 

This will be the perfect position for you if you enjoy working in inspiring and creative spaces with a fun and energetic team.

This is a 1099 Contract position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Repairs & General maintenance

  • Inspect homes, equipment, furniture, and systems to identify any issues and repair faulty equipment, furniture, or structural damage
  • Plan and schedule the week for repairs and service
  • Inspect, clean, treat and manage all indoor pool / Spa chemicals and equipment
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
  • Ensure all work is completed on time before guest arrival.
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Repair broke or leaking plumbing
  • Maintain HVAC equipment
  • Ensure that decks and grounds are maintained outside the properties

Preventative Maintenance and Safety:

  • Develop and conduct preventive maintenance procedures
  • Manage heating and plumbing systems
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
  • Maintain the inventory records of equipment
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure all pools, spas and homes are up to code and meet internal safety standards.
  • Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of maintenance technician experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
  • Proficient in using phone apps and computers.
  • Available to work on call, after hours, and on holidays as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $39,000 - $43,000
