POSITION SUMMARY:

Open interviews Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12 pm - 2 pm 2824 Willa View Drive, Pigeon Forge

Our team is looking for a committed, detail-oriented individual to help ensure our properties consistently exceed our guest's expectations.

As our Cabin Inspector, your day-to-day will include visiting multiple cabins to conduct thorough inspections and make sure everything meets our high standards before the next guests arrive. You’ll then need to submit reports, communicate with our various departments, like housekeeping and maintenance, and perform any light cleaning or small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure cabins are ready for occupancy by performing routine inspection expectations prior to guest arrival.
  • Travel to numerous cabins daily.
  • Complete reports and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Communicate all housekeeping and maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Light Cleaning as necessary.
  • Change light bulbs, air filters, and batteries if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Access to Email to send reports and pictures.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.

Schedule: Must be available Monday through Friday with weekend availability as needed
