The Field Agent will report to Management and assist with the day-to-day coordination of our maintenance and cleaning team. This position is responsible for evaluating maintenance issues in our growing business of furnished short-term rental accommodations, Running items to guests and cleaners, following up on repair work completed by maintenance, and utilizing our work order system to confirm that tasks are being completed properly and timely. Occasionally, help with refreshing older properties to ensure company standards.
- Ensure quality control communication and action to best serve our guests and homeowners.
- Inspect cleaning companies to ensure all our homes meet a very high-quality standard.
- Become familiar with the inventory of all homes, components, and amenities.
- Coordinate maintenance issues and repairs.
- Resolve(or assist in resolution) operational issues that arise each day.
- Experience is a huge plus in handyman work, such as building a desk or hanging a picture.
- Previous experience in vacation rentals or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work with an extremely fast pace growing company with aggressive growth goals.
- Must have a vehicle and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with software such as Slack & Google drive.
- Position based in Seattle, WA.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $24.00 - $32.00
