We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our customer success team. Our ideal candidate has solid SaaS software experience and the technical and troubleshooting expertise to provide an added layer of software and hardware support to our customer success team. 

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional, calm, and positive attitude to users with mixed levels of technology proficiency.   • Responsible for Tier I software and hardware support. 
  • Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, and support tickets for assistance from users experiencing problems. 
  • Escalate problems to higher-level technical support professionals when necessary. 
  • Work closely with our Customer Support team to assist in onboarding clients, building BeHome247’s knowledge database, and providing a successful user experience.
  • Advocate for customers' needs – working together with our Customer Success and Engineering teams on their behalf. 
  • Recommend system or process improvements, including procedures, training, and enhanced documentation


  • 1-2 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Hospitality, or another related field.
  • Skilled at installing and providing technical support for software applications, and property control hardware. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
  • Must be able to work independently. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Previous experience with remote work.


SALARY:    $40,000-$50,000
