POSITION SUMMARY:
Scenic Stays is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems and Administration Manager to oversee our property management software, reservation platforms, and accounting systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, systems management, or administration within the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality industry. They will be responsible for optimizing our systems to improve efficiency and accuracy, establishing and refining operational procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training and support to our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Systems Management: Oversee and optimize property management software, reservation platforms, and accounting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Process Development & Implementation: Establish and refine operational procedures, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, including reservations, maintenance, housekeeping, and owner relations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to short-term rentals and association management. Manage required licensing, permits, and reporting processes.
- Technology & IT Support: Coordinate with IT vendors to manage software updates, system integrations, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting for internal systems.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting related to operational systems and administrative functions.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts for software, IT services, and operational support.
- Team Support & Training: Provide training and ongoing support to employees on systems, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in operations, systems management, or administration within the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Escapia, Streamline, or similar), reservation platforms, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience

Schedule
- Typically Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Some Saturday work during the annual meeting season (Oct - Nov).
