Square House Property Management specializes in the hosting and management of short-term and traditional rentals in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. We offer top-flight full-service Airbnb and Vrbo management solutions for homeowners and personalized concierge services for their guests.

With 300+ properties professionally hosted, we are a fast-growing company looking to expand our local team with an energetic and enthusiastic Guest Services Representative.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for a smiling face and friendly attitude for all in-person visits at our Dallas office, as well as daily behind-the-scenes administrative duties, including reservation management and guest communications. You will also offer customer service support for the three growing businesses in our shared offices.

As the prime point of contact for our guests and owners, this role requires a customer-service-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills, attention to detail, the ability to operate in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment, and a warm, willing, and welcoming personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reservation Management: Manage and communicate with direct bookings through Square House and all Airbnb and Vrbo bookings.
  • Cross-Sell: Know the inventory available to suggest other options to inquiring guests.
  • Manage Guest Reviews: Request and respond to all reviews, assigning to the team if issues need to be addressed.
  • Guest Communication: Handle all guest communication clearly with a positive manner and the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot issues, think “outside the box” to resolve guest conflict, and follow up when needed.
  • Office Support: Customer service and office support for our shared offices, including support for our pet cremation business and compassionate customer service for grieving customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Ability to flex quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $17.00 / hour
