POSITION SUMMARY:
The power of social media is in the details – and at Prime Vacations, we believe that every post, tweet, and story reflects the quality experiences we offer. For that reason, we’re seeking an organized Social Media Manager - Hybrid Role with the ability to make data-driven decisions that not only enhance but amplify our brand. In this role you will work in the office three days a week but also have the flexibility to work remotely when not in the office.
We need someone who understands the power of creativity and our brand’s unique voice to strategically expand our online presence and support marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand leadership. Your ability to stay current with social media trends and innovations, particularly within Meta platforms, will be essential in keeping our strategies fresh and competitive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Craft comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals to boost brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Content creation and management: Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (including text posts, images, and videos), ensuring consistency with our brand voice and audience expectations.
- Community engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community by promptly responding to comments and messages and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
- Campaign and paid advertising management: Plan, execute, and manage both organic and paid social media campaigns. Monitor and optimize paid advertising performance to ensure effective budget utilization and maximize ROI.
- Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to refine strategies and continuously boost overall impact.
- Trend monitoring and innovation: Stay informed on social media trends and technology, particularly related to meta platforms, to maintain a competitive edge for Prime Vacations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with expertise in managing and optimizing paid ads.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, metrics, tools, and current trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong creative and analytical abilities.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience and achievement

Schedule: 3 days required in Anna Maria / Bradenton / Siesta Key. This position offers full-time availability with the option to work remotely from home with in person office shifts.
