POSITION SUMMARY:
Our premier Halloween-themed experiential bar is in need of Security Personnel. We're looking for a team member who is great with people and has the ability to diffuse situations with professionalism.
If you have a knack for peacemaking, we want you on our team!
As Security, you will be required to oversee the entry of patrons to the establishment and entrusted to take responsibility for checking ID or other documents to access the property. You must have exceptional people skills, with a keen sense of observation, always scanning for any suspicious activity.
This role is critical because we will rely on you to be an integral part of ensuring that our establishment has a positive reputation where guests feel safe and are able to have an incredible experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking responsibility for client access materials.
- Taking ownership of a property and monitoring the guests and equipment on site.
- Conducting incident and site reports throughout the shift.
- Respond to alerts of suspicious activity.
- Walking properties to ensure sites are safe and secure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- At least 1 year of experience in security in a related industry is required.
- Must be able to do wanding, bag checks, and pat-downs.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly: $15 - $25
