Location: Remote within the U.S. or onsite, Cottage Grove, MN

Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for sales process and execution, recruiting, and working with Excel and other reporting tools. They will also be working with onboarding and coaching of sales reps on the process. Lastly, they will work with the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement in developing the sales team members in order to achieve assigned demo and sales targets for the product brands within the TravelNet Solutions portfolio;, ATLAS (Business Solutions) & TRACK Hospitality Software. In addition, the position includes the following key duties and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization alongside Sales Enablement Director
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
  • Implements and manages enabling technologies, including the company’s CRM
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of new recruits via job posts and outbound email, calls, and messaging through LinkedIn and other relevant sites
  • Work within CRM and manage key CRM tasks and activities
  • Work with Sales Enablement Director to implement key CRM processes and procedures
  • Works with the sales process for the facilitation of a successful AE to Solutions Consultant roles within the organization
  • Work with sales leaders to ensure high demo conversion rates
  • Execute weekly pipeline and activity reviews with sales reps
  • Manage the sales development team on the floor providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve activity and sales goals and quotas
  • Meet weekly with the VP to review budgets, goals, projections, and actuals
  • Planning of territories with Sales Enablement Director
  • Build out dashboards and spreadsheets to help understand the sales process, opportunities, and key metrics
  • List management, territory management, and data procurement
  • Working with the professional services team as a liaison and creating an efficient sales process and enabling the execution
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure key sales development and marketing objectives are in alignment for optimal lead generation and MQL to SQL process

Minimum Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or an equivalent field or discipline
  • 3+ years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge and ability to formulate effective sales process
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales enablement tools,, Hubspot, LMS tools, Mixmax (preferred)
  • Ability to quickly understand and train sales staff on critical sales principles and techniques
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to help motivate and train sales staff to meet or exceed objectives set within job descriptions
  • Ability to play detective with issues and a proactive vs reactive mentality
  • Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry. (preferred)
  • Demonstrate the ability to forecast sales and manage pipelines
  • Ability to lead and direct others within the sales team
  • Knowledge of Internet advertising and construction principles, processes, methods, techniques, and standards
  • Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, developing and implementing new sales strategies, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to manage, communicate and deliver complex sales strategies in a complex sales cycle
  • A confident, focused attitude, coupled with a great work ethic, positive attitude, and the desire to grow and learn new things
  • To understand, implement and follow through with your daily work according to the Brand Values and Personality traits adopted by the company

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience.
