Now we’re looking for someone who is driven and aligns with our company values to expand our company’s corporate base and large group bookings as our Sales Director.

In this role, you will have two primary objectives:

  1. Acquire large corporate contracts to help bolster the off-season
  2. Source large group bookings, like weddings and production crews.

To be effective, you’ll need excellent research skills, creativity, and, hopefully, a helpful contact list. We’ll also look to you to design and implement a repeatable strategic sales plan that deepens our presence as the go-to short-term vacation rental company for events and corporations needing a place to stay in the New

Orleans and South Florida markets.

  • Research and deploy creative ways to increase large group bookings.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s corporate customer base and ensures its strong presence in the New Orleans & South Florida markets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify unconventional customers and develop a strategy to win their business.


  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience with group sales in a hotel/resort or similar environment is strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, highly social, quick to action
  • Willingness to use unconventional thinking or strategies to win customers
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization


Annual Salary: $80,000
