POSITION SUMMARY:

Great at sales and want to be part of driving company growth? 

As a Business Development Representative with Stay Solara, you’ll be on the ground floor of our Southern Florida expansion. Your efforts will play a pivotal role in our growth by broadening our portfolio of vacation rental management properties, extending from Miami to South Jupiter.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Business Development Representative, you will generate and manage sales leads and secure new contracts for vacation home management. Reporting to senior management, you’ll use your persuasive communication skills, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving to meet our objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Business Development Representative your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Management: Manage inbound leads from our website and execute cold outreach via calls and emails to broaden our property portfolio. Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
  • Client Relationships: Develop deep connections with clients to accelerate the sales process.
  • Lead Qualification: Screen leads and prospects to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Sales Communication: Communicate the advantages of our services effectively to potential clients.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to these standard operating procedures (SOPS) while looking for ways to optimize processes further and offer suggestions for improvements to enhance effectiveness and adaptability.
  • CRM Management: Log all client interactions and activities in our CRM system to keep client and prospect information current.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We're looking for a motivated, self-starter with the following:

  • Experience in the hospitality sector
  • Proven track record in sales with a growth mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other related software
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectively.
  • Initiative to develop and optimize sales processes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $25 -$40 per hour based on experience and achievement

Bonus: $5,000 per management contract

Schedule: 40-hour work week with regular business hours Monday - Friday (9:00 - 5:00 pm)
