COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Trust Synthesis is seeking a highly detailed, systems-oriented Revenue Operations & Pricing Coordinator to support our Revenue Management function.
This role is responsible for executing pricing updates, maintaining accuracy inside Streamline PMS, monitoring real-time booking activity, and proactively identifying performance shifts that require attention.
This is not a strategy role. This is a precision execution role inside a fast-moving revenue environment.
You will work directly with leadership and our Pricing Expert to implement revenue decisions accurately and quickly.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Trust Synthesis is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Pricing Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our short-term rental revenue management function. This role requires someone who thrives on precision, consistency, and data integrity, managing pricing updates, auditing system accuracy, and monitoring performance metrics across our property portfolio. You'll work within clearly defined processes to ensure that rates, minimum stays, and channel settings are executed flawlessly in Streamline PMS. This position is ideal for someone who finds satisfaction in maintaining structured systems, identifying discrepancies before they become problems, and supporting revenue optimization through disciplined execution and proactive monitoring.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Streamline System Management
- Enter and maintain pricing updates in Streamline PMS
- Audit nightly rates, minimum stays, fees, and blackout rules
- Ensure accuracy across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking channels
- Monitor folios and reservation data for pricing inconsistencies
- Run pacing and production reports
Revenue Monitoring
- Review daily pickup reports
- Monitor occupancy pacing vs prior year and comp sets
- Flag unusual booking patterns, compression dates, or soft gaps
- Identify calendar inefficiencies and missed revenue opportunities
- Track ADR, RevPAR, and booking window trends
Execution & Compliance
- Implement real-time pricing adjustments as directed
- Update minimum stays based on demand shifts
- Manage gap night strategies
- Audit owner statements for pricing accuracy
- Maintain documentation of pricing changes
Proactive Insight
- Surface inconsistencies immediately
- Call attention to sudden shifts in pickup
- Identify underperforming date ranges
- Recommend operational corrections when patterns emerge
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Streamline PMS
- Experience supporting short-term rental revenue management
- Strong understanding of ADR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and RevPAR
- Experience working with pricing software - enough to understand navigation but this will not be the primary operational system
- Comfortable operating inside structured processes
- Willingness to learn new skills and other PMS systems in the future
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $8.00 - $9.00
