Anybody can do fast food, but at LongBill’s, that’s not our thing. We rely on the freshest Gulf of Mexico seafood for our flavor-filled menu. From the heart of the Gulf of Mexico to your plate, LongBill's stands as a testament to fresh seafood, authenticity, and resilience. LongBill's was inspired by 'Toucan's on the Beach,' a hotspot for community dining prior to Hurricane Michael, and is now a celebration of community spirit and shared memories.

Located in Cape San Blas, we transformed a quaint blue house into a seafood sanctuary, carrying forward the legacy of our roots. At LongBill's, we pride ourselves on offering the freshest seafood and an ambiance that encapsulates the beauty of the Emerald Coast. Our guests love us for our quality, service, and ocean-side dining.

Whether it's a family dinner, a casual outing with friends, or a memorable event, LongBill's promises an experience steeped in tradition, flavor, and the unmatched vibes of the Gulf community.

Join LongBill's team as our Restaurant Manager, where Gulf flavors meet top-tier service. In this role, you're not just overseeing the floor; you're our compass, guiding our crew and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and plans to return.

Each day, you'll be responsible for coordinating our crew, ensuring we're prepped and running seamlessly. Our team will look to you to take the lead when the pace picks up, guaranteeing we consistently offer the best guest experience possible.

Essential traits? Independence, assertiveness, and an overall view of the restaurant's goals.
