POSITION SUMMARY:

Join LongBill's team as our Restaurant Manager, where Gulf flavors meet top-tier service. In this role, you're not just overseeing the floor; you're our compass, guiding our crew and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and plans to return.

Each day, you'll be responsible for coordinating our crew, ensuring we're prepped and running seamlessly. Our team will look to you to take the lead when the pace picks up, guaranteeing we consistently offer the best guest experience possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and ensure adherence to company policies, training, and restaurant procedures.
  • Maintain high standards for safety, food quality, and customer satisfaction; address and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Manage staff scheduling, track hours, and oversee accurate end-of-day cashouts.
  • Order necessary supplies while adhering to budget constraints and monitor operational costs.
  • Supervise daily front- and back-of-house operations, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Conduct staff performance appraisals and lead recruitment and interviewing efforts.
  • Engage with guests to garner feedback and continuously improve service and product quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-year minimum of restaurant management experience.
  • Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $17.00 per hour
