Do you have the skills to take our reservation systems from good to great while inspiring and motivating our reservations team?

We seek an engaging and driven Reservations Manager to lead our reservations department. This is the ideal role for you if you are a great conversationalist with a knack for increasing productivity.

As the Reservations Manager, one of your top priorities will be to oversee guest inquiries and calls and work closely with Operations, ensuring our reservations are complete and accurate.

Your role as a leader will be to inspire and guide a diverse team, inspiring innovative thinking and thoughtful problem-solving while delivering stand-out customer service. Familiarity with Cannon Beach and the surrounding area is preferred, but what we're really after is your passion and energy to elevate our mission of providing seamless reservations so that each guest is confident they’ve made the best choice possible for their stay.

  • Lead and optimize daily reservation operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments to meet occupancy goals.
  • Spearhead the management of property listings, ensuring accuracy and excellence in guest communication.
  • Recruit, train, and support a motivated reservations team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure a memorable stay from start to finish.
  • Analyze performance data to drive improvements in efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of solid selling skills within the team, enhancing revenue through expert sales techniques.
  • Ensure the team's preparedness to manage after-hours emergencies, maintaining our high standard of guest care.


  • Experience in the vacation rental or hotel industry, with a foundation in reservations - local knowledge of the area and attractions preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of guiding teams to success.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at building relationships within the team and with guests, owners, and community members.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Must have consistent and reliable access to transportation.


Annual Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience and achievement.

Bonus: End-of-season bonus opportunities.
