As our Reservations and Guest Services Lead, break away from your boring commute and join our friendly and welcoming team in sand-swept, sunkissed Sanibel Island, Florida.

We’re looking for someone warm, friendly and naturally makes people feel comfortable, whether over email, the phone or in person. To be part of our team, we’ll require you to operate with integrity, work well independently and alongside a team with tons of motivation to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay so much they return year after year.

Your day-to-day will consist of performing administrative duties such as bookings and screening potential guests, offering top-notch customer service, managing maintenance requests, and helping our team continue to be one of the best in the industry.


  • Assist and advise guests with making their vacation rental decisions
  • Book reservations with a high degree of professionalism and accuracy
  • Screen potential guests
  • Upsell to guests when appropriate
  • Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns
  • Provide instruction and support to guests, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience
  • Arrange guest support as needed, such as but not limited to Comcast/Century Link system refresh, delivery of essential and non-essential items to guests
  • Ensure all reservations, maintenance, work orders, reports, and information are accurately communicated in our centralized communication platform
  • Receive packages on behalf of owners and appropriately place them in units 
  • Rental agreement adherence and customer invoice receipt 
  • Receiving and accurately recording payments
  • Implement our quality of service survey and drive excellence
  • Create branded communications for all units as needed, including but not limited to laminated TV instructions, updating binder guidebooks, labels for lightswitches, etc.
  • Create and manipulate ad hoc reports using Vacation Rental Management Software (Streamline VRS), MS Office (Excel) and other e-data sources
  • Other hospitality duties and functions


  • Previous experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is required.
  • Previous experience in hospitality guest experience or reservations preferred. 
  • 2-year degree/Associates degree highly preferred
  • GED/High School Diploma required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Adopt and participate in our BVP work culture
  • Ability to perform work promptly and logically prioritize tasks
  • Proficient PC skills for updating online platforms and offline reports etc.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
