POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Remote Revenue Manager at Liquid Life, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and setting rates for our extensive portfolio of vacation rental properties.
Your role will involve working closely with our Rates Team to ensure our pricing remains competitive and accurately reflects market trends. With the aid of Escapia, you'll monitor and adjust our dynamic pricing strategy, taking into account seasonal changes, market demand, and other relevant factors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and adjust rates for over 400 properties.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to stay competitive.
- Collaborate with the Rates Team on pricing strategies.
- Utilize Escapia for rate management and data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or a similar role
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Understanding/ability to learn industry dynamic pricing tools
- Knowledge of Escapia or similar property management software
- Detail-oriented with excellent research skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $45,000 to $70,000 based on experience and availability
Bonus: An annual staff bonus is awarded
