Are You Ready To Join The Brighthouse Way?

POSITION SUMMARY:

Prepare to redefine your career with The Brighthouse's opening for the pivotal role of an Operations Manager.

We’re currently looking to make our first full-time hire, where you’ll step into a vital role that is as challenging as it is rewarding.

As our Operations Manager, you'll work closely with our founder, serving as an integrator capable of taking a big-picture vision and turning it into actionable processes with tangible outcomes. Taking on this role means you’ll be a key player in our story, helping us write the next chapters of The Brighthouse Way.

At The Brighthouse, we understand that turning visions into reality involves both the glamorous and the not-so-glamorous. As our OM/Integrator, you’ll take the lead in everything from creating standard operating procedures for housekeepers to messaging guests, handling claims, setting up systems, and solving problems. However, it will be in these moments of direct impact - that you'll see the real results of your expertise and hard work in motion resulting in the satisfaction of knowing you're building something special.

As the #2 in our fast-growing company, you'll start off as a contractor but with the opportunity to transition into an employee role with benefits and to earn equity.

This opening is more than just a job; it's a chance to help scale a business with a great foundation and create the systems and processes to drive us forward. We're looking for someone ready to dive in, take ownership, and help our CEO build something exceptional.

If you're ready to take on a role that will challenge you, reward you, and offer the chance to contribute significantly to a growing company, we invite you to consider becoming part of The Brighthouse family.

  • Consistently demonstrate a dedication to our corporate values, strong focus on objectives, simplicity, and clarity across the organization
