POSITION SUMMARY:
In this role, you're more than just a voice behind our brand; you are instrumental in ensuring every guest feels informed and heard. You will manage every aspect of our guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, answering inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, whether via phone, email, or other platforms.
Your tasks will also include upselling our services/products, delivering exemplary customer service to gain positive reviews, and coordinating with departments like Maintenance and Housekeeping for seamless turnovers.
Your success in this role will lie in your ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. Multitasking and prioritizing tasks according to importance should also be part of your skill set.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all forms of guest communications (phone, messaging, email)
- Meticulously go through daily checklist items to identify areas that may need attention before guest arrival
- Communicate with operations and management to solve guest issues as they arise
- Making recommendations and assisting guests in having the best possible stay during their time in Destin, FL.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the area is a plus
- Self-starter and able to work well independently
- Computer knowledge
- Hospitality experience preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $16 per hour
