POSITION SUMMARY:

Right now, we’re actively scouting for an entrepreneurially minded individual to lead the charge as our Growth Marketing Manager. 

Your role?

As an essential part of our team, you'll be responsible for leading new initiatives from ideation to execution. Partnering seamlessly with marketing, sales, operations, and product teams, you'll design and launch campaigns that significantly elevate customer acquisition and retention. With an emphasis on data-driven decisions, you will build and optimize workflows that boost our revenue and continue to solidify our market presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute data-driven email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, increase conversions, segment email lists effectively, and optimize campaigns using A/B testing and data analysis for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase customer retention, reduce churn, and promote upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and member success teams to align retention efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize customer data analytics to identify trends and opportunities to improve lifetime value.
  • Manage data-driven paid advertising campaigns across various platforms using performance metrics and analytics for decision-making.
  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates. Monitor ad budgets, optimize ad creatives, and adjust strategies based on data insights and industry trends.
  • Implement SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings & visibility. Perform keyword research, optimize on-page content, & conduct technical SEO audits.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing
  • Actual hands-on experience implementing paid advertising campaigns, SEO, and building automated email workflows is a must
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
  • Experience building, coordinating, reporting, and optimizing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently while also being part of a team

Bonus points:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
  • Startup experience
  • Vacation rental industry experience
  • Based in Los Angeles
  • Experience with using various software stacks, including Slack, HubSpot, and Notion

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $75,000 to $93,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: $12k in performance bonus incentives (OTE $96k)
