This new product is specifically designed for operators that manage short-term travel accommodations for vacationers, filling a massive gap in the technology available to travel accommodations providers.
With our digital concierge platform, vacation property managers and owners can provide their guests with an easy-to-use interactive guide that can be updated anytime with new restaurants and attractions, changing hours of operation, and specials.
Acting as a digital concierge, it provides guests with a better experience, naturally increasing 5-star reviews and ratings for their host.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Our scrappy start-up team is seeking a Sales Director with entrepreneurial energy and ambition.
In this role, the areas of responsibility that you will own are:
- Developing and leading a high-performance sales team.
- Building and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Working with leadership and the GuestView Guide team to share insights and coordinate efforts for maximum impact.
On a typical day, you could analyze data for accurate forecasting, create strategies for the sales team's success, recruit new talent, and develop existing Account Managers. As part of your role, you'll also present product demos, maintain relationships with key customers, craft well-orchestrated campaigns, and leverage customer feedback to improve processes.
Ultimately, your goal will be to ensure the team regularly exceeds expectations through an effective combination of motivation, collaboration, and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage industry-specific best practices on strategies and tactics to achieve the Sales team and individual Account Manager targets, including events, call blitzes, webinars, and campaigns.
- Continuously reflect on our processes and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assisting your team with client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Present and demonstrate products in person, over the phone, at conferences, and via webinars to influence, negotiate, and secure customer purchase commitments.
- Together with leadership and the GuestView Guide team, assess the current opportunities and develop well-crafted strategies and tactics to pursue them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent required (MBA preferred).
- 7 to 10 years of sales experience in a management-level position such as a Sales Director, Sales Manager, Marketing Director, or equivalent role.
- Experience influencing hardware and software sales.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly comfortable presenting with C-level executives to large audiences at conferences and 1:1 via in-person meetings or video conferencing.
- Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a must.
- Adept at accurately forecasting sales, analyzing gaps, and building strategies to course correct.
- Willing and able to travel up to 25%.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: OTE $160,000 (includes base salary plus bonus)
