POSITION SUMMARY:

As we scale, we’re searching for an experienced Account Executive with the ability to see the big picture and strategically work towards making it a reality!

  • Drive new business, understand customer pain points, and effectively showcase how sojo can elevate its operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Clearly understand our customers and target market's needs and pain points.
  • Manage customer relationships throughout the entire sales cycle; close new business.
  • Network and attend industry events, conducting impactful product demos and client meetings.
  • Forge and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with both potential and existing clients.
  • Work synergistically with marketing, operations, and sales teams, providing vital feedback and insights.
  • Ensure organized and updated customer notes and interactions within our CRM.
  • Consistently report sales outcomes to leadership and stay informed about product updates and pricing shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven success in B2B sales within the short-term vacation rental domain is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in email sequences, cold calling, pipeline management, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with key sales and marketing tools, including Sales Navigator, Zoom, Slack, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven drive to excel in fast-paced, high-growth environments and a positive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus expert negotiation skills.
  • A deep sense of responsibility for performance and how it impacts the company.
  • Team player, enthusiastic and passionate, with excellent time-management skills.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $100,000 base with OTE $200,000

Bonus: Bonus opportunity based on individual performance.
