POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, your dedication to maintaining our properties in pristine condition is critical to our success. You will be the last line of defense identifying concerns and challenges, ensuring our commitment to providing guests with unforgettable experiences.

As a Quality Inspector at LakeDays Rentals, your day will begin with a detailed review of the properties scheduled for inspection. Utilizing our property management app, you will conduct a thorough assessment and meticulously record any findings to ensure each space adheres to our high standards. It will be vital for you to identify any maintenance or cleaning issues that need to be addressed before guests check-in and communicate with the appropriate team for the problem to be resolved. In many instances, you will fulfill the resolution to ensure timely delivery of the property.

You’ll also be responsible for tracking amenities, linens, and supplies and restocking items as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Systematically conduct vacation rental property inspections and maintain inspection records to report any issues.
  • Transport materials, linens, and inventory to properties
  • Evaluate and resolve any cleaning quality issues, maintenance, and inventory issues
  • Report any concerns as required utilizing online / app technology systems
  • Retrieve any lost and found items
  • Assist with monitoring housekeeping supply inventory in the field, submitting re-order requests, and re-stocking as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisor and teammates regarding processes, property status, and concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highschool or GED is preferred
  • Able to multitask and manage small tasks and processes with great attention to detail.
  • Able to evaluate cleaning results and possible maintenance issues.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficient with the use of a SmartPhone and apps to complete reports
  • Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lb as well as prolonged standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, and kneeling.

Hourly Wage: $17 -18/hour

Schedule: Must be willing to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours with the flexibility to work rotating weekends and after hours as needed.
