POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Quality Experience Specialist at CoziVR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rental properties consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in conducting thorough property inspections, identifying any cleanliness or maintenance issues, and coordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to swiftly resolve them. You will be the guardian of our high standards, making sure each property is perfectly prepared and fully stocked before every guest arrival.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough inspections of rental properties to ensure they meet company cleanliness, maintenance, and staging standards.
- Verify that housekeeping tasks are completed to high-quality expectations.
- Identify and report any cleaning deficiencies, damages, or missing guest essentials for immediate resolution.
- Ensure all properties are fully stocked with linens, toiletries, and amenities before guest arrivals.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team, providing real-time feedback and ensuring efficient turnovers.
- Assist in training and coaching housekeeping staff to improve efficiency and quality.
- Communicate with the maintenance team to report and follow up on any property issues that need attention.
- Respond quickly to guest complaints or special requests, such as additional linens, toiletries, or cleaning needs.
- Ensure any special guest arrangements (VIP requests, birthday setups, etc.) are properly executed.
- Work with the customer service team to address and resolve guest concerns to maintain a 5-star experience.
- Monitor and track cleaning supplies, linens, toiletries, and guest amenities to ensure proper stock levels.
- Report shortages to the Quality Control Manager and assist with restocking when needed.
- Help keep storage areas organized and efficient for housekeeping teams.
- Maintain detailed inspection reports and track recurring quality issues for long-term improvements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance property presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss common challenges and improve service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 1+ years in hospitality, housekeeping inspections, guest services, or property operations (short-term rental experience preferred).
- Detail-oriented: Strong ability to spot cleanliness, maintenance, or stocking issues before they impact guests.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinker, able to resolve guest concerns efficiently
- Communication Skills: Ability to coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to track multiple properties and manage quality control tasks efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property management software, inspection apps, and reporting tools.
Flexibility: Willing to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours if urgent issues arise.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Range: $15 - $16 based on experience
