POSITION SUMMARY:
Open interviews Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12 pm - 2 pm 2824 Willa View Drive, Pigeon Forge
As part of our goal to offer stand-out vacations, we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor who is eager and ready to hit the ground running.
As our Quality Control Supervisor, you'll be the foundation of our quality assurance efforts - working closely with our Quality Control Managers to ensure our cabins are in pristine condition and always ready for the next guest check-in. In this role, your tasks will include administrative duties such as scheduling daily inspections, overseeing housekeeping and inspection tasks, and ensuring all properties adhere to our Standard Property Appearance Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all coverage requests and notify the Finance Department of who needs to be charged.
- Schedule daily inspections for your zone.
- Monitor and track all owner arrivals.
- Monitor all daily cleans to ensure they are covered.
- Monitor the Quality Control Manager’s folder in the Housekeeping Group’s shared email and process information that comes in for those properties, including the following: Inspections, Owner and Guest Relation Emails, Dispatch Department, and Inventory.
- Escalate issues as needed.
- Cover after-hours “On Call” as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Skills in computer applications and Excel knowledge
- Proficient when using email with the ability to send reports and pictures
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and available to work varying shifts
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Compensation: $37,000 annually

Schedule: Typical hours are 8 am - 5:30 pm, but you must be able to work a flexible schedule with varying shifts
