As the seasonal Property Inspector, your role goes beyond checking for damages and hazards. You are responsible for ensuring that each home is in pristine condition as if it were being prepared for a luxury travel magazine photoshoot. This means you must be highly attentive to details, checking every nook and cranny and ensuring that each room is well-maintained and spotless.
It's also the inspector's responsibility to check and restock any consumables as needed, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. This not only ensures that guests have a pleasant stay but it can also help prevent any potential issues or complaints.

- Review housekeepers' work to ensure cleaning meets or exceeds cleaning standards.
- Provide timely and detailed reports to housekeeping management
- Rectify simple errors in cleaning issues before moving on to the next rental.
- Support Property Managers by offering assistance in helping them to achieve their goals.
- Work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis while providing the utmost owner/guest service.
- Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining high-quality work
- Possess a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Able to lift 25 or more pounds and ability to climb several stairs
- Possess reliable transportation
- Able to communicate or exchange ideas verbally or via email
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $17 - $20 per hour
Schedule: Typical work week will be Saturdays during the months of May - September. Working hours will be on an "as needed" basis for the rest of the year.
