POSITION SUMMARY:
As our Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster, you will be at the forefront of our operations, managing both liability and property claims from the comfort of your desk. This vital role involves handling a variety of assignments, including liability claims, large losses, and claims represented by a public adjuster or attorney.
While a majority of claims will be serviced by a field adjuster who conducts the physical inspection and drafts estimates, you will play a crucial function in steering the process through communication with the insured/claimant, coverage decisions, underwriter communication, and making payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Constant insured communication
- Coverage decisions and large losses
- Subrogation referrals and underwriter reporting
- Recorded statements and payments
- Estimate writing and estimate reconciliation
- Settlement negotiation and investigation
- State compliance
- PA/Attorney represented claims
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of adjusting experience, including both property and casualty claims
- Experience with Virtual adjusting tools
- Lloyd's market experience is a plus
- Xactimate proficiency
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $90,000 - $140,000
