At KRCH Realty, your role as our Project Manager of Property Maintenance is to be our eyes and ears on the ground. The ideal candidate will have experience managing renovations or construction projects with a track record of meeting deadlines and the ability to work collaboratively with third-party vendors. To succeed, it will be imperative that you possess the knowledge and expertise to approach this role confidently and see jobs through to completion with high accuracy.

Oversee concurrent jobs and monitor the progress of subcontractors to guarantee that scheduled completion dates are met.
Inspect properties vacated by previous tenants and post notices as needed.
Supervise projects in the field.
Perform routine and scheduled preventative residential maintenance such as replacing door locks, light bulbs, smoke detectors, and faucets, winterizing plumbing, and keeping outdoor areas presentable.
Previous experience in the residential renovation or construction field is highly desired.
Skilled in general residential maintenance is required.
Ability to Identify and resolve problems quickly and accurately.
Able to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent time management.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: Up to $65,000
