POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our automated amenity service. The successful candidate will manage the product roadmap, drive the product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage the product roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, design, sales, and customer success, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Define and track KPIs to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize and groom product backlog items, and ensure the team understands requirements.
- Drive the product vision and ensure that the team is aligned on the vision and roadmap.
- Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Experience working in the vacation rental management industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- STR Tech Experience Required
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Expert in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
Bonus Details:
Variable Compensation: In addition to your Annual Base Compensation, you will be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity up to a maximum of 15% of your base salary per year. All variable compensation will be at the sole discretion of sojo.
