POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Pool Technician, you'll be a vital part of the Patriot Family Homes family, ensuring our vacation home residential pools are always in pristine condition. Your precise, dependable work will set the stage for the unforgettable experiences our guests come to find.

Please note this is a part-time contract position. We currently have five pools that you will clean twice a week. We are offering $100 per clean. This is a great opportunity for a current Pool Technician wanting to add consistent hours to your schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the cleanliness of pools and ensure the preventive maintenance schedule is completed.
- Ensure pool chemistry is maintained.
- Maintain inventory controls of pool chemicals and testing chemicals.
- Diagnose and repair chemical probes, chemical feeders, and controllers.
- Maintain records and documentation.
- Assist our Guests and Owners as needed.
- Provide all tools needed to perform each job. We will provide the chemicals needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Certified Pool Technician or equivalent.
- Flexibility to clean our three pools twice weekly.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Proficient in English
- Ability to perform essential job functions safely and successfully.
- Ability to withstand a variety of outdoor environmental conditions.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Pay: Up to $1,000 / week ($100 per clean)

We are currently headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, but also have many remote and travel roles, as well as field teams that include W2 and 1099 team members who live in the markets where our houses are located across the Southeast, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest.
We currently have 75 employees that manage a portfolio of ~500 short-term rentals. We are acquiring 1,000 additional homes over the next two years. This will make us the largest owner-operated chain of short-term rentals in the nation, and we have plans to expand further to 25,000 homes globally over the next decade.
