The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining sustainable Vintory client relationships, which work so closely with us that we literally refer to them as partners. In this important partner-facing position, you will drive the day-to-day execution of their marketing strategy and ensure the client’s brand and voice are represented in the creative materials produced for the account. This role is responsible for reporting on the client’s budget spending and results achieved through the Vintory software platform. By maintaining a strong relationship with the partner, you’ll help them achieve results they didn’t know were possible. You’ll also get the opportunity to travel to many of our partners' wonderful properties and explore their businesses first-hand.

  • Develop and manage relationships at all organizational levels to establish and achieve a Trusted Advisor relationship 
  • Manage accounts once the onboarding process is complete to ensure the successful delivery of marketing materials and proper execution of ads
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with a focus on the partner’s property inventory growth goals
  • Conduct thorough and insightful data analysis with partners to facilitate positive change within the partner's organization
  • Coordinate with Implementation Department to ensure successful product setup, integration, and account maintenance
  • Maintain knowledge, skills, and market awareness in industry trends and standards; seek out areas for professional development
  •  Consult (via phone and in-person) with partners on an ongoing basis to provide strategic recommendations regarding their use of our suite of software and services


  • At least three (3) years of marketing or ad agency experience


This position is a remote position and can be conducted out of team members' homes as long as they have a quiet, dedicated place to conduct business.


  • Building Partner Relationships - While these agency services are being provided in addition to our software platform, at the end of the day, it’s about having good relationship skills – the soft skills needed when dealing with people and competing priorities. 
  • Persuasive / Professional Partner Communication - communication via phone, email, and when presenting is professional, informative, concise, and takes into consideration all audience members. The Partner Success Manager is able to read the room and is generally persuasive.
  • Ability to Influence and Impact Partners' Businesses - credibility and technical knowledge allows the Partner Success Manager to make recommendations that result in positive business outcomes. You’re the expert in digital marketing and software; they are the experts in their business. Leading them toward the best marketing deliverables and the “why” behind them will ingratiate you with your clients.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking - general understanding of strategies that drive business development for partners. Ability to analyze, interpret, spot trends, and suggest action in a simplified manner.
  • Technical and Professional Knowledge and Expertise - a working understanding of Vintory’s technology and best practices, as well as the ability to integrate these pieces within unique partner accounts
  • Fostering Innovation - the Partner Success Manager approaches assigned accounts with an innovative mindset, while always placing partners' success at the forefront.
