POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Owner Relations Manager at Resort Rentals, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners to ensure their satisfaction and long-term retention. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities will be key in providing prompt, personalized service to our valued clients. With a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, you will excel in this dynamic role, efficiently managing your workload and collaborating with team members to achieve company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build relationships with our property owners to ensure owner retention
- Communicate effectively both within the company and with clients, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain owner Property Records
- Have very strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Be able to establish priorities and manage workload.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel, vacation rental, or property management, with a strong understanding of guest and owner relations.
- Some college coursework in business, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and retention.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft professional emails, handle phone inquiries, and provide clear, prompt follow-ups.
- Comfortable using property management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital communication tools.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented professional with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong ability to manage multiple accounts, track owner concerns, and follow up on outstanding issues in a timely manner.Work up to 40 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Have strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google family of products.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Rate: $45,000 - $60,000
Bonus
- Annual Bonus from $3,000 - $8,000 based on overall shop performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Score

Schedule
- Available: 8am-6pm, Monday-Saturday (Shifts will be 8 hours and be scheduled 5 days a week)
