Ready for a role that keeps you on the go?
If you love variety and the idea of being in different locations throughout your day, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a conscientious Operations Runner to be the wheels that keep our operations turning smoothly.
As the Operations Runner, you'll be our go-to, can-do person for running linens, cabin items and performing light maintenance tasks as needed. You'll be the vital link between our facilities and pool properties, ensuring everything is set up perfectly for our guests' enjoyment.
The job is for you if you enjoy having no two days exactly the same. One day you might find yourself delivering requested items to specific locations; the next, you might facilitate in-house guest requests, pick up cabin garbage, or act as a courier.
To be successful, you'll need to be a team player with a good sense of direction and familiarity with the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Reliable transportation, preferably a truck with 4-wheel drive, is a must. The ability to access the internet and email and the capability to use technology to complete your duties is also necessary, as is walking, bending, and squatting when picking up and delivering items.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver requested items to specific locations, such as loaner items, locally ordered stock or special purchases.
- Light Maintenance tasks as needed
- Facilitate in-house guest requests to meet guests' expectations
- Pick up cabin garbage and act as a courier when needed
- Strip linens and return them to the fulfillment center as needed
- Providing cabin inventory items to specific properties and installing them in the correct locations
- Process all inventory items in the inventory app for billing purposes
- Delivery for maintenance technicians who need special supplies, parts, or tools
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have reliable transportation, preferably a truck with 4-wheel drive
- Able to work independently, collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Able to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks
- Good sense of direction and familiarity with the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area
- Must have access to the internet and email and be comfortable utilizing technology to complete your duties with reports and pictures

Hourly Wage: $16.00 / hour

Schedule: Typically, this schedule entails an 8-hour shift, primarily starting at 12:30 pm and ending at 8:30 pm.
