Location: We are located in Lake Mary, FL and you would need to live close by or in the greater Orlando area.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple field offices. Manage and develop 4-6 field supervisors and their staff. Departmental budget responsibility. Hiring, recruiting and training. Utilize dream manager principles to help grow staff to all they can be. Following up that all KPIs are being met and helping determine new goals. Keep staff engaged and excited about helping pet parents and their pets. Work towards efficiencies on teams. Aid in positive partner relations. Making sure there is adequate field supervisor coverage and covering when there is not.
This position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year degree in business or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years experience work in a high-touch, fast-paced customer-centric service field
- Leadership experience overseeing multiple locations/ units is highly preferred
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug test
- Heavy Travel & weekends required
- Must be enthusiastic, driven, and take initiative
