RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring excellence across all functions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for operations, including property management, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and vendor relations.
  • Train, manage, and inspire a diverse team, including office staff, contractors, and vendors.
  • Maintain the quality and cleanliness of rental properties, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest and owner concerns with efficiency and empathy.
  • Conduct inventory management and oversee supply ordering.
  • Forecast departmental needs and collaborate with leadership on strategic planning.
  • Ensure adherence to management agreements with property owners and rental guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in hospitality, vacation rental management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of strong leadership experience managing 6 -12 direct reports.
  • Proficiency in office software; Breezeway and Track experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and on-call after-hours.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 20 lbs. and remain active for extended periods.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience and achievement.

Bonus: 10% to 15% of salary based on metrics

Schedule: Your hours will vary based on business levels. Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends. This role is also required to be on call after hours at times.
