POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Operations Manager, you'll be crucial to elevating the short-term rental experience for our guests.

This role calls for someone who is able to strike a balance between strategy and execution. You'll oversee essential operational functions, from guiding our cleaning team to coordinating with Guest Relations and ensuring our properties always meet our first-class standards.

As the Operations Manager, every day will present a mix of responsibilities and tasks such as resource management, handling the occasional unexpected hiccup, and collaborating across departments to ensure smooth sailing for both our guests and property owners.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead our cleaning team and ensure properties are guest-ready.
  • Hire, train, and nurture a team of professional cleaners.
  • Manage cleaning and home supplies inventory.
  • Address maintenance issues swiftly and oversee preventive measures.
  • Schedule quarterly deep cleans for each property.
  • Collaborate with Guest Relations for superior guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in handling rare emergencies and guests' issues as they arise, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
  • Implement performance tracking and improve internal processes for team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in the vacation rental, property management, or residential cleaning industry.
  • Proven management experience, capable of leading and inspiring a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using various software tools, including scheduling, spreadsheets, and property management applications.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to uphold our commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 based on experience and achievement
