As our Operations Manager, you'll be at the helm of our processes, guiding our team to more efficient and streamlined procedures. Your morning might begin with a team meeting where you discuss operational strategies, followed up by a review of performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. It’ll be essential for you to be able to switch gears easily as you navigate between various tasks like working on a cross-departmental project, troubleshooting an operational issue, or brainstorming solutions to enhance processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement risk management protocols.
  • Collaborate with other managers to establish goals for each department.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.
  • Analyze current operational performance and develop strategic plans for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, with a track record of leading teams to meet and exceed goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and innovation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with Google platforms, and Microsoft Office, and proficient technological skills.
  • Ability to take calculated risks, with a history of delivering results.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: 20% of a team member's annual salary or hourly wages is available for bonus pay and will be awarded based on meeting company goals and providing that no performance improvement or disciplinary actions have been taken.

Schedule: The schedule for the Operations Manager includes weekdays from Monday-Friday with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
