POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Onboarding Specialist at Janiis, you’ll ensure our clients confidently integrate Janiis software into their operations. Your role will involve guiding property managers through onboarding, training, and continuous support, guaranteeing clients fully leverage our software to meet their needs and reach their goals.
This fully remote position will allow you to build relationships with our team members and fantastic clients while giving you the flexibility to work from home. Your contributions will directly influence client satisfaction and success, aligning with our commitment to offering simple, effective solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover from the sales process to onboarding.
- Assist clients through the software setup process, including account creation, property listings, pricing configurations, and integration with other tools.
- Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to each client's unique business model and goals.
- Conduct virtual training sessions to educate clients on how to use our software efficiently and effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions, concerns, or technical issues they may encounter.
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process based on team and client feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on product enhancements and new features, effectively communicating these updates to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience in vacation rental software onboarding and implementation or vacation rental property management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment and able to work collaboratively with a team
- Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, focusing on understanding and meeting the needs of clients
- Ability to analyze client needs, develop innovative solutions, and guide clients through the onboarding process with patience.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $50k - $65k (based on experience)
Bonus: **Quarterly Performance Bonus** In addition to your base salary, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a quarterly bonus, rewarding outstanding performance and execution against set targets, enhancing your total compensation package.
