POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you a personable and gifted marketer who loves to work with people? If so, this role will be the perfect platform to demonstrate your marketing skills and grow in your field.

As our new Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in cementing our brand voice and visual identity. Your mission will be to help bring our brand to life, capturing the attention of potential guests and homeowners with your creativity and copy skills. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our team to help drive new property acquisitions and boost reservation sales with your ideas. Your ability to create strategic and engaging content will shine across various platforms, including social media, direct client communications and listings for online travel agencies.

But your days won’t be filled with all marketing. You’ll also use your administrative skills to onboard clients from the time of the contract signature to their final listing. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy variety in your day, moving between creative marketing projects and administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create copy for listings, social, and OTA's, and create print material for properties
  • Set up and complete owner onboarding calls via Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Perform administrative duties for onboarding new owners from contract signature to final listing
  • Create and schedule social posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create and assist our digital marketing team with creating and promoting marketing assets.
  • Drive new property acquisition through marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of marketing experience in the hospitality/vacation rental space
  • Must be able to work weekends during peak season (summer)
  • Previous experience with Airbnb/vrbo and other OTA's
  • Proficient with social media marketing
  • Creative with graphics, design, and written word
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite, Zoom and Google Meet
  • Comfortable working in a team environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience and achievement

Bonus: Based on performance and company earnings

Schedule: Monday through Friday during regular business hours with flexibility to be on call on a rotating basis throughout the year.
